Galaxy is a highly aromatic Australian hop variety celebrated for its intense tropical fruit and citrus flavors. With alpha acid levels of 13%-15%, it is ideal for late additions and dry hopping in IPAs, Pale Ales, and Hazy Ales.
This hop contributes flavors of passionfruit, peach, and citrus, making it a favorite for hop-forward and juicy beer styles. The 1 oz size is great for experimenting with Galaxy’s bold profile.
